Dublin, Ireland — July 15th— Flix Media, the largest cinema advertising sales company across Latin America, has just signed a long-term deal with world leading cinema software company, Unique X, to supply Advertising Accord to 14 territories Flix operates in; Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Bolivia, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Curazao, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama.
The Flix Media estate consists of 3248 screens, including Cinemark and affiliate screens, across Latin America. This takes Advertising Accord’s total screen count worldwide to over 36,000.
Advertising Accord is the leading cinema advertising platform, powering cinema advertising sales companies across 5 continents. Flix will be able to harness the power of Advertising Accord to provide an automated workflow for their pre-show sales, inventory management, dynamic scheduling and content delivery. Advertising Accord utilises the latest server-less cloud technologies, producing over 30 million advertising playlists worldwide on a weekly basis.
In addition to Advertising Accord, Flix will be utilising Unique X’s content delivery platform, Movie Transit to supplement their existing content delivery services in each territory. Movie Transit is the most sophisticated, reliable and secure DCP e-delivery platform available in the market, with over 3000 connected movie theatres globally.
