Cinemark, Brazil’s largest cinema exhibition company, for the deployment of the Movie Transit
network and RosettaLive streaming platform across all of its cinemas in Brazil. This landmark
agreement will connect Cinemark’s extensive network of theaters throughout the country,
cementing Unique X’s commitment to expanding its services across Latin America.
This multi-year agreement marks a significant milestone in Unique X’s Latin American
expansion strategy, building on the successful completion of the Movie Transit network
deployment in Mexico. The rollout in Brazil will provide Cinemark, which operates the largest
cinema circuit in the Brazilian market with over 1,000 screens nationwide, with faster and more
efficient and reliable delivery of feature film and trailer content to all its locations. In addition, this
agreement will equip all Cinemark theaters in the country with Unique X’s market-leading live
event IP streaming platform RosettaLive.
This comprehensive solution will enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistical
complexities while opening new revenue opportunities through live event programming.

agreement. Having established a strong foundation in Mexico, the company is now poised to
bring its innovative content delivery and live streaming solutions to the rest of the region, with
Brazil as a key market. The Movie Transit network will provide Brazilian distributors and studios

capitalise on the growing demand for live entertainment experiences in cinemas.
