There is no risk involved to cinemas. You can set the minimum number of days that customers can book a private screening to suit your needs and work around your current scheduling requirements.
There is the option to have ‘request only’ slots so you are still in control of the times you wish to

Using Rosetta Bridge and Rosetta Net, you can create templates for your playlists and Book the Cinema content will automatically populate in the schedule saving you valuable time when scheduling the upcoming cinema week.
TRULY PERSONALISED EXPERIENCE FOR THE CUSTOMERS
When customers book online via the website, they have the option to create a personalised video which is shown on the big screen before the film starts.
This consists of photos, text and video clips which are set to a range of pre-selected music. It is extremely popular with birthday parties and school reward trips.
Every cinema that we onboard receives a bespoke personalised 10-minute countdown timer to insert into the playlist welcoming guests while they settle in their seats.
OPTION TO GENERATE ADDITIONAL REVENUE
You can choose to add food and beverages to the website so customers can pre-order food and drinks when they book online. Market research shows that 71% of people expect to pay up to £20 per person for food and beverages.
There is also the option to add ‘gaming parties’ to the website which is a great way to maximise revenue as we simply take a small fee but there is no cost payable to distributors.

How long does it take to set up my cinema on the website and to start receiving bookings?
Smaller cinemas can be set up in a day, larger cinemas can take a little longer. When everything is set up, we will provide a bespoke link for you to add to your website.
How do customers create their personalised video for the big screen and how is it added to the playlist?
Customers can create the video when making a booking. The video is then processed and delivered to the site via Movie Transit, the content then auto-populates in the playlist.
How does the pricing structure work for the tickets?
The system allows flexibility with pricing. Cinemas can choose what price to set. Book The Cinema takes a small percentage commission for each booking. No underlying license fee.
